Procurement
As an MHRA approved wholesale distributor our experienced procurement team are able to source most pharmaceutical or healthcare products required.
We can source and supply your requirements, be they for named patients, or for shelf stock in the case of medicine shortages. Branded products from the UK and Europe are manufactured to the specifications required for British, European and WHO registration.
Storage
Health Supplies Ltd operates centrally our MHRA approved warehouse site in United Kingdom.
Our warehousing and storage facilities meet the highest standards of GDP and have been inspected and approved by the prevailing regulatory and licensing bodies. Our facilities:
1. Are temperature controlled to allow storage of drugs that need to be kept at ambient (15℃ to 25℃), refrigerated (2℃ to 8℃) and frozen (-15℃ to -25℃) conditions.
2. Are secured and monitored with alarms, cameras and key access
Have a separate quarantine area for expired, returned, recalled, damaged or faulty drugs
3. Are equipped with robust software and IT systems for inventory tracking and management
Distribution
Health Supplies Ltd distributes throughout the whole of the UK, Northern Ireland and mainland Europe.
Our logistical expertise allows us to deliver your products securely and on time to your customers. We can work with manufacturers to develop a distribution strategy specific to each product and the market for which it is intended.
Approved third party providers deliver goods next day, nationwide and are traceable in transit through to delivery. In support of this nationwide network we have a fleet of our own vehicles capable of carrying both pallets and smaller items.
For all pharmaceutical products that require cold chain distribution, we use vehicles that provide constant temperature monitoring once they leave our premises
